Prevents cold sores
They are large but effective for cold sores and canker sores! I find them easy to swallow despite their size. I take two, three times a day when dealing with an active cold sore, continuing this until the day after, and I've noticed my cold sore never fully formed, although I felt it trying to break through daily. I really appreciate these lozenges and intend to keep a bottle on hand at all times!

Effective for soreness
I purchased these for myself, having previously taken them in picolinate form. This time, I opted for lozenges and have had no regrets, despite the different zinc form! They have a pleasant taste and soothe the throat when absorbed. Occasionally, zinc in pharmaceutical forms can make me nauseous, but I experienced no such issues with these lozenges. If you do get nauseous, try taking them after a meal. I notice the effect, and I also use them at the start of a sore throat every two hours, which significantly alleviates discomfort. I highly recommend!
